Question by g: Aren’t the criminal justice “issues” that cons decide to debate on always funny?
most cons I know usually have a “sometimes you have to break a few eggs to make an omelet” attitude… and “if you were caught, you must have been doing something wrong”
yet, cons take up the oddest issues in exception to this rule at times…
more recently I’ve seen several talking about “hate crimes”…
then it was “fighting for the rights of the rich white Duke boys accused of rape”…
then it was for Rush Limbaugh…
and then it was for Waco before that… (which they were thought to be child molesters)
odd… it seems like if you’re white, rich, a possible child molester, or a violent racist… the cons will take up your cause and defend it…
any one else… “just a few unfortunate broken eggs”?
you guys don’t have anything on the ACLU…
Democrats constantly talk about the rights of criminals of all sorts… and probably go overboard at times, granted…
but that’s how they are about all cj issues…
the Republicans seem to pick and choose who they think deserve rights and who doesn’t…
